Office Administrator Position
The Abbotsford School Board welcomes applications for the position of Office Administrator. This is a permanent part-time position, 35 hours per week (8.30 am—4.00 pm) during term time only (40 weeks per year). Additional hours at the start and end of each school year to be negotiated.
Key Tasks Include:
- Responding to student, parent, staff and visitor enquiries
- Managing school financial and administrative systems
- Managing the payroll system
- Providing administration support to the Principal
- Providing support for Board Meetings
Skills and Experience Required
The successful applicant will:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Be able to prioritise and manage workflow
- Be adaptable and flexible
